Interested in coaching footballers with a disability?

Here’s some information on the next Coaching Disabled Footballers Course the West Riding County FA are running to support the delivery and quality of the West Riding County FA Disability Football Development Plan. There has been a tremendous amount of growth throughout 2013 and through supporting more coaches / clubs to access training and funding we are hoping 2014 will see a similar level of growth with even more football opportunities for players with a disability being developed. More information on the course is detailed on the attached flyer and through the link below but the basic details are;-

Coaching Disabled Footballers (Course 1D) Date: Sunday 26th January 2014

Time: 09.30 – 16.30

Venue: The Hut, Kershaw Avenue, Airedale, Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10 3ES

Additional: The course will be a mixture of both theory and practical and will be delivered in an indoor sports hall. Candidates looking to attend must either have a level 1 certificate in coaching football or be of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
